Delivery Policy – Blue Ink Group Pty Ltd (BIG)

Deliveries of in-stock products will be made between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday excluding national & local public holidays. We cannot specify an exact time when we will deliver. Our delivery drivers are required to obtain a signature for all deliveries. However, you can provide us with an authority to leave your order behind without obtaining a signature by selecting the Authority to Leave option when placing your order. You should review our Authority to Leave Terms and Conditions before selecting this option.

There may be unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to meet our next day delivery promise. These include but are not limited to:

  • Weather conditions limiting access to delivery areas
  • Technical and website related issues
  • Transport and/or logistical issues

There may be times where your order will be split and delivered to you in separate deliveries. We will inform you of this arrangement if it has been made for your delivery.

On some rare occasions your ordered items may be on backorder. This means we don't have enough stock to fulfil your order. These backorder items will be delivered to you at a later date when our supplier restocks us. We will inform you if this is the case and if acceptable to you will provide an alternative product.

Orders to be delivered in the Canberra & Sydney metropolitan area will be dispatched from our warehouse by the next day if ordered before 2pm.

We can ship goods anywhere in Australia. Deliveries outside the Canberra & Sydney Metropolitan area may be subject to delivery fees.

Goods being shipped to a destination outside the Canberra & Sydney Metropolitan area are generally dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days. Delivery of items can vary due to location. Delivery to most major cities will take 1-2 working days, delivery outside of these areas can take 3-8 working days.

Additional freight charges may apply for large or bulky orders or orders outside a metropolitan area.

Standard Cost of Delivery

Canberra Metropolitan

Non-contracted customers receive free delivery for orders of $50 or more (excl. GST). For orders under $50, a $6.60 freight charge applies.

Sydney Metropolitan

Non-contracted customers receive free delivery for orders of $75 or more (excl. GST). For orders under $75, a $9.90 freight charge applies.

Contracted Account customers should contact their Account Manager for their specific delivery details if not already known.

BIG reserves the right to charge delivery of the products.

Where prices are stated to be inclusive of delivery, delivery is to be made to the delivery address agreed by BIG.

Urgent orders for deliveries outside of the normal time frames may attract additional delivery charges.

Delivery is only available in eligible serviced areas.

Address for Delivery

When ordering, please include the floor level of your delivery address, if relevant.

BIG can only deliver to a physical address and cannot deliver to PO Boxes and Locked Bags.

Unattended Deliveries

All deliveries will require a signature as BIG cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods after they have been delivered.

If an initial delivery is unsuccessful, the driver will not leave the product unless the customer has provided an authority to leave. BIG will contact the customer to arrange a redelivery.
